I know that seeing a new stylist can feel overwhelming and you've probably got quite a few questions. I want to set you up for massive success so here are some of the most commonly asked questions my new clients usually have:
Where Is The Salon?
We are located at 30501 Avenida de las Flores B-1 in Rancho Santa Margarita, we are inside the Phenix Salon Suites, in suite #118.
How Do I Know I'll Be Happy With My Hair?
First, please know that is my #1 goal too which is why your visit will start with a full 15 minute consultation where we are going to cover your hair history and goals for this appointment and for future appointments. If you don't feel comfortable with the plan I create well continue collaborating until we come to an agreement on what makes us both feel the best about achieving your goals.
How Long Will My Appointment Take?
First Time Haircut - 90 minutes
First Time Base Color + Glaze - 2.5 hours
First Time Partial Highlights- 2 hours
First Time My Signature Highlight 3- 4.5 hours
I can't speed up your appointment and always start and end on time. Plan to arrive on time and be out on time too!
How Much Will It Cost And Form Of Payment
All service pricing is available here on my website for complete transparency, with no hidden fees.
Your final investment may only be adjusted if we modify your service plan during your in-person consultation to best suit your hair goals.
Color services are customized for each guest. If additional color is needed, it is $20 per extra bowl.
Payment is accepted via Zelle or cash.
